Review: I've been using Rotrings for over 40 years and for the past 3 years I've had problems with the 0.10 Isograph nib. Some haven't worked at all. Some have given up after a day or two. Some have worked for a while but needed a lot of shaking and cleaning and then have eventually died on me. Have Rotring outsourced them? The previous full pens I bought were made in India... they were the recent ones that didn't work. Now the good news. The two nibs I've just purchased arrived very quickly and thankfully work superbly. I can tell by the flow of ink and the 'feel' of the nib on the paper that they will last! I'm very grateful and when finances allow will buy a couple more.

Review: after literally decades as an artist of putting up with the nightmare that are Rotrings, I've finally been broken. That's it, I've had enough of cleaning, pen graveyards, spending stupid amounts of money, ink explosions on my artwork, and believing in the fantasy that if I look after them to the nth degree, then somehow they will be different, they will do what I've paid them alot of money to actually do. Rotrings, when they work are superb. Their line and blackness of ink is second to none. But they've broken my spirit - the ones I use mainly are .25, .18 and .35 so I know they have a fine mechanism, but even so, I clean them after EVERY use and still have nightmares. Goodbye Rotrings, you are dead to me. I'm trying the Steadtlar pens instead.
