Review: Think this might be tomoe river paper: thin as airmail paper and fountain pen friendly( no bleed thro’); also, perforated which is brilliant!

Review: I use this as my primary notebook in my TN Passport size. What’s great about it is that you get way more pages than the regular blank paper and of course Tomoe River paper is the gold standard for fountain pen friendly paper which is what I use exclusively when I write. I also like that it’s much thinner than other TN refills while still giving you more pages. The only downside to this paper is that because it’s so thin it doesn’t lend itself well to doodling, it can sometimes start turning the page too easily depending on how you rest your hand, and ink doesn’t dry as fast on it as other papers. That’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars otherwise it would have been 5. One of these lasts me months even when I write a lot every other day. Of course I write small so your mileage may vary. I also want to mention that you need to be careful which pen nib size and inks you use on this paper. For example, a Fine nib pen with Noodles 54th Mass as the ink is going to create a situation with a lot of bleed but if you use Pilot Iroshizuku ink or even Noodles black then things are different and you really can write without the need to worry about ink bleed. So pen and ink has a lot to do with performance. The paper itself is great for writing and I would never go back to any other kind of paper but 52g or 64g Tomoe River paper for alll my writing needs. If you love Tomoe River paper, want more pages, and use a fountain pen then this is for you.
