Review: This is a wonderful easy product to use but bear in mind you may need to do some practice runs to get a feel for the inks and how they work. Depending on how much ink you use will determine how oily the first print will be. Pay attention to how the different colours react. Some colors will move faster than others. I live in Scotland and the water straight from the tap was fine for using. I had read a review that talked about using cornstarch to thicken the water. Also a quick dip is fine no need to leave the paper in the water too long. Be aware different papers will give different results. I have been using sketch book paper and water colour paper. I have also dipped about 5 pieces of paper in the water for the one use of inks. Obviously with each sheet the ink gets lighter and lighter. I would recommend having gloves to save your hands when taking the paper in and out of the water. If you find your marbling is too oily then you have used too much ink. Dab the paper to dry rather than rubbing if needs be but most of the paper dries quite quickly the less ink you use.

Review: The ink bottles need to be shaken constantly whilst using them. Stop shaking and they immediately separate. The colours are not vibrant and a little muddy. They adhere to all the papers I have tried, at least. A lot of the ink seemed to almost split on top of the water, creating a cell like pattern on paper. Slightly disappointing.
