The cotton is acid-free and of archival quality so it can last a lot longer without any discoloration or degradation that can occur in the fibers over long periods of time. This makes it a beautiful surface to work on especially for mediums such as oil and acrylic paints, knowing that the masterpieces you paint will last the test of time and remain as vibrant as when you first painted them. The edges of these oval canvases measure 18mm which are all clean wrapped and completely free from staples or tacks giving a very tidy look to the whole frame.
