Review: These hats are a great idea. We had to design a mad hatters hat for school so these were ideal to decorate!

Review: Really flimsy and easy to Rip so these arent great for younger hands. We tried painting one but it made the thin paper too soggy. We had to reinforce all with extra card as they ended up torn even with felt tips. Such a shame as these are a great idea.
