Review: I have used this product for years with great results. So I bought a 12 x pack. Unfortunately I spotted problems with the first pen, as the nib soon disappeared into the metal sleeve - loads of ink, just can't get to it. I threw it away and tried another (after all I had 12 - so thought it was a one off). Same thing happened again. I have a couple of friends that also do pen and ink work - so I gave them a couple each to try - just to check I wasn't being too heavy handed. They had the same results. I have tried to contact Cusotmer Services here - no help at all. They will send the same again but only if I can send the complete box back - which is now impossible. I have repeatedly asked for information regarding a stronger nib e.t.c. but with no reportable results. Sadly I now have to give a product I previously loved - the thumbs down. If you have an extremely light touch - give them a go - but only buy singles to try. I now have to look for an alternative.
