The cutting teeth are rotatable and replaceable so there's no need for sharpening. Replacement teeth are available, but with a life of almost 25 times longer than the Pro 4 it may be some time before they are required. From a purely economic standpoint the Industrial Arbortech is a sound investment. Review: A serious bit of kit. My specific use is rounding off and balancing large lumps of green timber prior to power spinning them on the lathe - cheaper than a big band saw and safer than a chain saw.

Review: I returned this item because I just got the blade. The safety guard, which should have been included and is absolutely essential from a safety point of view, was missing.
